Principle:

By realizing the automation of the brazing process, controlling the speed of the conveyor and the brazing fire, controlling the brazing time and gas flow effectively, the brazing temperature and the brazing pool shape are controlled, so that the stability and the consistency of the brazing quality can be ensured.

Specification:

Automatically weld heat exchanger U-tube, 1-3 rows with 200-1600 height when conveyer belt height is 400mm.

Conveyor speed:

U-tube Ф7: 2 rows - 3.0m/min; 3-4 rows - 2.5m/min.
