Principle:
The brazing process will be automatically controlled. Effective
control of gas flow, brazing time and brazing position, so the
brazing temperature and brazing pool can be well controlled, the
stability and the consistency of the brazing quality can be
ensured.

Safety guarantee:
1 Gas Control Lines
Fuel gas pipelines are controlled by piloted pneumatic valve. The
whole pneumatic system is separated with the electrical system to
avoid the danger of electrical light. The fuel gas and oxygen gas
pipelines have been done leak proof test and provided with
flash-back arrestor.
2 Pressure Alarm
The various gas pressure shall be monitored. Fuel gas pressure has
up limit and down limit alarm, other gas has the down limit alarm.
3 Nitrogen Extinguishing Fire
Fire extinguished by nitrogen can avoid flash-back deflagration.
5 Forced ventilation system
There is forced ventilation system in the cabinet and that make the
cabinet keep safe working environment.
6 E-stop
There are E-stop pushbuttons in the operation and maintenance
positions, the electrical and pneumatic system can be shut-off for
emergency use.

Brazing Process and Station Arrangement
| Station 1 | Loading and unloading station, unload the brazed work piece from
the jigs and load the work piece to be brazed on the jigs. |
| Station 2 | Preheating station, preheat the work piece. |
| Station 3 | Brazing station, heat the tube joint to the brazing temperature and
finish brazing. When brazing time reaches the setting, the flame
become weak fire, the brazing torches return back, the table is
rotated. |
| Station 4 | Cooling station, cool the work piece by the compressed air or
nitrogen |
