Product Overview:
This equipment is mainly used for airtightness testing of PACK
battery packs, including evacuation, helium filling, pressure and
concentration detection, as well as helium leak detection using a
suction gun.
Product Working Principle:
After a certain pressure of helium is filled into the workpiece, a
pressure difference is formed between the inside and outside of the
workpiece. If there is a leak in the outer shell of the workpiece,
the helium inside the workpiece will leak to the outer surface of
the workpiece. The operator will use a suction gun to scan the
outer surface of the workpiece. The leak detector can accurately
and quickly determine the leakage situation of the workpiece, and
the system will give an alarm prompt if there is a leakage.

helium concentration monitoring functions as well as concentration
alarm features.
