    Vacuum Double-Chamber Oil Quenching Furnace


    Application Scope:

    The vacuum oil quenching furnace is mainly used for vacuum quenching treatment of metal materials to improve the hardness and fatigue strength of the materials. After vacuum quenching, the workpiece has no oxidation or decarburization phenomenon, uniform hardness, small deformation, and bright surface.


    Product Features:

    The air-cooling system is equipped with high-efficiency all-copper heat exchangers and uniquely designed fans, aiming to ensure superior cooling performance.

    The heating chamber's core components include graphite heating elements and graphite felt insulation materials, offering two options: a full hard felt configuration or a combination of hard felt and soft felt. Notably, the graphite hard felt undergoes a graphitization process at a temperature of up to 2000°C, ensuring its exceptional performance and long-lasting durability.

    The furnaces feature a flexible design, available in both vertical and horizontal configurations. The vertical furnaces have a circular heating chamber, while the horizontal furnaces have a square heating chamber, accommodating different application requirements.

    With the same workspace size, these furnaces boast the smallest heat zone and compact enclosure design, or provide the largest workspace within the same enclosure dimensions. This innovative design significantly reduces heating power consumption and high-purity nitrogen usage per unit volume, thereby enhancing energy efficiency.

    The equipment layout employs a modular design approach, minimizing floor space, conserving valuable installation space, and greatly simplifying maintenance and repair procedures, offering significant convenience to users.
