5KW dual-station hydrogen and nitrogen detection system, including

1. Installation Requirements
Mainframe Power Supply: Electrical parameters are single-phase 220VAC with a power of
5KW. It is equipped with an air switch, which should be at a height
of ≥1.5M from the ground and at a distance of ≤2M from the
equipment mainframe placement position.
Air Source
Hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas: At least 1 bottle of 40 liters at 1740
psi bottled gas, with a pressure reducing valve and a pressure >
87 psi.
High-purity nitrogen: Bottled with a purity of ≥99.999%, with a
pressure reducing valve and a pressure > 29 psi.
Compressed air: Clean and with a pressure ≥ 79.75 psi, equipped
with a 1/2″ ball valve. The distance between the air source
interface and the machine placement position is ≤1M.
Others: Prepare outdoor exhaust pipelines with a diameter ≥ 3/4″, and the
distance between the interface and the machine placement position
is ≤1M.
